Napa Tenacious Fitness has been offering the Napa Valley elite 1-on-1 personal training and lifetime fitness coaching for over 8 years. As more and more people are coming through our doors and achieving their goals, the need for more Lifetime Fitness Coaches has grown significantly to support Napa Tenacious Fitness’ community. The elite team of coaches at Tenacious is continually searching for driven individuals who are passionate about helping people. The ideal candidate to join Team Tenacious is a person who is eager to help our community achieve their lifetime fitness goals and to improve our participants overall quality of life. To become a Lifetime Fitness Coach at Napa Tenacious Fitness, a Personal Trainer certification from an accredited Fitness Trainer Provider is required. Preferred organizations are NASM, ACSM, and NSCA. This position offer health benefits and paid time off. Additionally, we require that you reside within 5 miles of the Napa Tenacious Fitness Location. Compensation is dependent upon character, experience, and skill set. Commissions and bonuses are offered and are valuable components, necessary to achieve success as a Lifetime Fitness Coach at Tenacious. Every Coach has the opportunity to have a rewarding financial compensation, including the ability to reward their own raises based off of their effort to promote their personal training and lifetime fitness coaching skills to the Napa Valley.
