MUST be bilingual English and Spanish. Individual should be comfortable speaking with clients, courts and government agencies. ***No Remote Work Available*** **Must be available to work on Saturdays, available shifts are 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm Long Island City Queens NY** No Remote Work Available, this is an in-person position Responsible for greeting all clients; handle all calls and properly screen calls for attorneys and staff; conduct general intake information, mail; data entry; managing attorneys’ calendars and appointments; file management and general correspondence Responsibilities include but not limited to: Read, write, and translate in Spanish Prior law firm experience preferred Experience with multi-line phone system Must be detail-oriented, organized and possess excellent administrative skills Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Must be comfortable working a fast paced office environment Must be willing to help attorneys and staff with various tasks Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Data entry and Calendar management will be major responsibilities). Office experience, great customer service, friendly, energetic, reliable and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in the execution of tasks. Requirements: Some College Preferred 1-3 years Law Firm experience
