ShareWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of pool care and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: • Store Operations: • Manage daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and scheduling. • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary products. • Monitor and meet sales goals and performance metrics. • Team Leadership: • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. • Customer Service: • Provide expert advice and solutions to customers regarding pool care, maintenance, and equipment. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently. • Inventory and Sales: • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and reduce shrinkage. • Implement and oversee in-store promotions and marketing initiatives. • Identify new sales opportunities and recommend products based on customer needs. Qualifications: • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a pool supply or similar industry. • Strong knowledge of pool care, chemicals, and maintenance equipment. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is a plus.
