Semi-private qauint studio space

Semi-private artist's studio for long-term sublet. Space is 160 sq feet (10' x 16') - is available for rent starting immediately. Located in the basement of a secure building on a quiet street in DUMBO. The studio is shared with one other artist ( a painter) and is located in a multiple-artist building. John St. Gallery (an artist-run gallery) is also in the building. Rent is $450 a month + $25 for utilities. Internet access is available. Space is naturally cool in the summer (no a/c is needed. Painters are preferred, but open to discussion. One month's security deposit is required. I am an artist and hold the lease on the studio. I am subletting part of the space while I attend a graduate program. I obtained my MFA from Pratt Institute. F train to York Ave.
