Our client, well-known healthcare organization in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, lasting 6-12 months with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The pay rate is $21/hour, and free parking is available onsite. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and families in a fast-paced clinical setting.
