Mitigation Technician – Full Time Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour About Us: Comfort Restorations is a growing general contractor specializing in insurance restoration. We restore homes and businesses after water, fire, hail, and wind damage. Our team takes pride in quality craftsmanship, customer service, and giving back to the community. We are urgently hiring a Certified Mitigation Technician. If you have the required certifications and restoration experience, we want to hear from you right away. Responsibilities: -Perform water damage restoration including extraction, drying, and dehumidification -Execute mold remediation following IICRC standards -Handle fire and smoke cleanup including soot removal and odor control -Use power tools and restoration equipment for demolition and cleanup -Assist with asbestos abatement when needed following safety standards -Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites -Complete documentation for emergency response work -Communicate with customers and team members Qualifications: -Required Certifications: WRT, ASD, AMRT -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for company vehicles -Experience with power tools and restoration equipment -Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor -Available for on-call 24/7 emergency services -Previous restoration experience preferred Compensation and Schedule: -$20.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications -Overtime pay opportunities -Full-time schedule, 8 to 10 hour shifts plus on-call rotation Additional Info: Must be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO before starting How to Apply: Send your resume and portfolio if available to nevaeh@comfortrestorations.com.
