We are partnered with two biggest Real Estate Property Management Landlord companies in Ohio 💼 What You Need: tools, equipments and experience working in residential settings Good Pricing model and detail explanation to our Vendor managers through text Ability to inspect, take clear before, during and after photos, and communicate professionally 1. Job Approval & Trip Fee Policy: If you visit a job site and can complete the job, but the landlord/client decides not to proceed, a trip fee will still be paid. If you visit a job site and cannot complete the job due to your own limitations, no trip fee will be paid. 2. Pricing & Payment Terms: Labor prices must be submitted upfront after inspection and approved by us before starting the job. Any work done without our approval will result in no payment and may lead to legal or financial penalties. Labor payments will be made every Thursday via Direct Deposit only. All materials will be provided or paid for by us, even if the cost is minimal. 3. Inspection & Photo Requirements: Upon arrival at the property, send a front picture of the property immediately. Provide before pictures for inspection purposes — minimum 15 detailed pictures per work order. Submit a written inspection report with separate labor and material costs listed. 4.
