Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Lasermark Operator. As a Lasermark Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the accurate and precise marking of medical devices and equipment. Responsibilities: Operating Lasermark machines to mark medical devices according to established specifications and guidelines. Setting up and adjusting laser parameters, such as power, speed, and focus, to achieve optimal marking results. Loading and unloading medical devices onto the Lasermark machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning. Performing quality checks on marked products to ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory standards. Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues that may arise during the marking process. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including regular machine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Documenting production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any quality concerns. Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize productivity and efficiency within the production line. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required. Familiarity with lasermark machines and their operation is a plus. Basic computer skills, including data entry and the use of manufacturing software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality and safety standards. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
