Shop D' Caribbean, a direct-to-consumer retail & wholesale company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We’re seeking a reliable, energetic team member to assist with in-store operations, order fulfilment to help expand our brand presence across South Florida. We are opening up a new location at the Miami Merchandise Mart. Responsibilities: In-Store & Fulfilment: -Pick and pack orders and products -Use a computer and ShipStation to print labels and manage USPS/DHL shipments -Maintain in-store displays, restock inventory, and keep workspace organized -Assist walk-in customers, process sales, and answer questions -Follow quality-control and packing procedures Sales Requirements: -Must be comfortable engaging customers in person -Must speak and understand English clearly -Persuasive, and self-motivated personality Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred but not required Compensation: -$15/hour Work Hours: Monday: 10 AM - 3 PM Tuesday: 10 AM - 3 PM Wednesday : 10AM - 3 PM Thursday: 10AM - 3 PM Friday: 10 AM - 3 PM NO REQRUITERS
