




Looking for a quality lead cook with Pizza Station experience; for day or pm shifts, part time 25-30 hours per week. We use a gas fired wood assist pizza oven and make our dough from scratch. The pizza station also produces house salads. Attention to detail and portion control is extremely important. In our 26th year of business, we are a fast-paced restaurant located in Old Downtown Torrance. We pride ourselves on high quality, freshly prepared food and hand-crafted beer made on site. Must have good communication skills and take pride in the profession. Additional experience with grill, sauté and fry considered a plus. Cleanliness and personal hygiene extremely important. The candidate needs to know how to follow recipes, weights, and measurements and all menu plating. The job candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain production, quality and presentation at all times. Must be dependable and punctual!
