Key Responsibilities:  Execute manual and automated testing for smart home products, including cameras, smart plugs, bulbs, and robot vacuums, etc. Test device connectivity with cloud platforms and mobile apps. Assist in log collection and analysis for debugging purposes. Participate in or assist with Local Test & Beta Test, collect user feedback, and follow up on reproducing issues. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Document test cases, results, and bug reports. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software or consumer electronics testing. Basic knowledge of networking protocol (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi,  Bluetooth, etc.) Basic knowledge of networking issue debug methods. Familiarity with test case design and execution. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of smart home ecosystems (Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit). Familiarity with test automation tools and continuous integration technologies Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our organization’s IT systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain infrastructure, and ensure smooth daily IT operations while delivering excellent service to internal users. Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and applications. Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, remote access, or in person. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Support and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, email, and other systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications. Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls). Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus.
