Service Department repair and maintenance (Wilmington)

Ritchie and Sons is looking for a talented, reliable individual to perform repairs on hand tool equipment ( mag drills, grinders, Genie lifts and more) on location at our facility in Wilmingtom Mass. This position will also supervise one other individual in the department . Duties will include organizing, managing and quoting hand tools repairs, keeping the shop clean and organized, ability to move machines around the shop with a forklift , and willingness to learn more skills, which could lead to advancement in our Company. Skills required Understanding of AC and battery operated tool repair Use of hand tools and electrical test equipment Math and Diagnostic reasoning skills Forklift experience Maintaining and reporting inventory needs Organized and willing to learn new skills Ritchie and Sons is an established business in the Metal Fabrication industry , selling new and used equipment , repairing equipment and selling abrasives, saw blades , grinders, cutters, mag drills etc Hours of this position is Monday thru Friday 7:30 to 4 pm . No nights no weekends Hourly wage is negotiable but will be based upon experience and willingness and ability to learn We offer medical, excellent PTO plan, paid Holidays and quarterly bonuses.
