Responsibilities / Responsibilities: English: Perform routine and preventative maintenance Complete work orders in a timely manner Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues Maintain cleanliness and safety of property grounds Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation Spanish: Perform routine and preventive maintenance Complete work orders in a timely manner Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC problems Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas Assist with turnover units and preparation for new residents Qualifications / Qualifications: English: Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (apartment or similar environment preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks Valid driver’s license preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Spanish: Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (preferably in apartments) Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Valid driver's license preferred Good communication and customer service skills
