ShareJob Title: General Cleaner – Part Time Evenings Location: Richmond Job Type: :Part Time Reports To: Operations Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment in our medical office. The ideal candidate will ensure all areas of the facility, including waiting rooms, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas, are cleaned to the highest standards of sanitation, especially considering infection control protocols. Key Responsibilities: Clean and disinfect exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and other common areas. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Dust furniture, equipment, and surfaces. Refill soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Follow infection control procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and PPE. Safely handle and store cleaning supplies and equipment. Report maintenance issues or supply needs to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications: Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, especially in healthcare or medical settings. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods. Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday anytime after 6pm, 2 hour shift.
