Are you an experienced line cook with solid knife skills and familiarity with brunch, cold and/or prep? Cloud 9 Brewery in the North End of Boise is looking for additional team-members to fulfill the role of small scratch kitchen prep/line crew. This is a great opportunity to grow with us and help reshape the culinary footprint of a longstanding brewery & restaurant. Responsibilities include: Following all food safety and sanitation procedures Ability to read and follow recipes Knife Skills; dice, filet, chop. Meat and vegetable prep skills and sautee, fryer and grill skills Prep and Cold side experience and comfort level Requirements: Good personal hygiene and professional appearance Good teamwork skills Good Organizational Skills Follows all company guidelines on safety Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs (hand-cut potato boxes are heavy!)
