La Cantine is looking for an experienced line cook, 4 days week, Saturday through Tuesday. day time hours. $16+tip (average with is $24 an hour minimum for the past 6 months). Must have experience working in a fast pace environment, must have the NYC food handlers, weekend availability is a must. Looking for a team player to join our incredible team. We all work together, no screaming, no yelling. Line cooks at la cantine are also trained on prep and rotate stations so you will also be prepping and receiving deliveries (must be able to do heavy lifting if needed). 5 to 8h shift, paid 20min lunch break with free food. Closed for xmas. At this time we are not looking for inexperienced folks!
