We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You must be organized, responsible, friendly and knowledgeable in order to maintain high customer satisfaction.
You must have excellent customer service skills (interpersonal and communication skills)
Be professional in phone etiquette, appearance and demeanor

Be proficient in computer skills

Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have prior insurance experience in both Personal and Commercial lines, but a good amount of experience in one or the other would be strongly considered.

A minimum of 2 years P&C Insurance Account Management/CSR in an agency setting is required.
