Excellent leadership and communication skills and demonstrated ability to motivate a team as well as the desire and ability to manage systems and act as a key member of the agency leadership team. Strong computer and technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams) and design programs (Canva and Adobe).
