TRANQUILLITAS LIVING, LLC POSITION OPENING Professional Residential Cleaner (Philadelphia and surrounding counties) Tranquillitas Living LLC Job Title: Professional Cleaner Employment Type: Part-time or Full Compensation: Starting part-time at $20 per hour. We provide cost-of-living/inflation raises to all long-term employees every year. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for employees with some basic, but VERY important qualifications: are you trustworthy and honest, are you reliable, able to work independently as well as on a team, and are you willing to learn to clean our clients’ homes the “Tranquillitas Way”? We prefer experienced cleaners, though we are happy to train individuals with a minimum of experience who are eager to learn and develop the skills valued by our clients. Service industry experience is a plus. Essential qualifications include stamina, good physical health, a positive attitude and great energy. A keen sense of space and a genuine enjoyment of cleaning while striving to make an immediate difference and impact in each space is important. Please be aware that many of our residential clients have pets (cats, dogs, and birds), so if you have allergies to pet dander, please take this into consideration. REQUIREMENTS: Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations and references are required. A valid driver’s license and insured, reliable personal transportation are required. Staff must be able to get to and from clients’ properties independently via their own vehicle, as not all cleans are team-based and some client locations are not accessible by public transit.
