Male Maltipoo looking for loving home

Looking to find a loving home for our sweet 12-year-old male Maltipoo. He is up to date on all his shots and has lived with older kids, cats, and other dogs. He does have Addison’s disease, but it is easily managed with a monthly at-home injection. Including all his supplies - bed, food, leash, etc. plus a few weeks worth of his current food.
