Landscape Construction Crew and Foreman - Bilingual (Broken Arrow, OK)

Job description The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in landscape construction and a solid practical knowledge of construction. Crew members are responsible for the installation of landscape designs on customers' properties, including landscape elements, planting, patios, drainage systems, pergolas, and low-voltage lighting. The landscape foreman will supervise a team of employees, and we are looking for a person who feels comfortable working both as part of a team and independently delivering results. The selected candidate will be comfortable with physical work and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. This is a year-round position. We also handle snow removal during winter as needed. Competitive pay with 40 to 50 hours per week and overtime pay for hours exceeding 40. Crew members: $15-$22 per hour depending on experience. Crew foreman: $18-$25 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish. Perform landscaping work in a timely and cost-effective manner. Good communication skills. Reliable transportation is required. Driver's license REQUIRED.
