About the Role We are hiring a General Manager in Training to join us in the early stage of our build out and launch. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new dispensary and grow into the full General Manager role over the coming months. Once we are ready to open our doors, this role will transition to full-time with salaried compensation and full operational responsibilities. This is not just a job—it’s a leadership path.
