Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage internal and external projects from initiation to closure. Oversee application development projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Manage the full lifecycle of platform deployments. Drive the adoption and change management processes for new systems and applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and procedure writing. Assist with systems procurement, including vendor selection and contract negotiation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.\ Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external clients. Comfortable using AI tools to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. Experience with Cybersecurity is a plus. Requirements Proven experience in project management, including managing internal and external projects. Experience with application development projects. Strong understanding of platform deployment processes. Demonstrated ability in adoption and change management. Excellent documentation and procedure writing skills. Familiarity with software development lifecycles in Agile/Scrum frameworks Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable utilizing AI for project management tasks. Responsible for monthly project invoicing. Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners. Develop and ensure implementation of the field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent. Experience managing self-performed work is preferred but not required. Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management. Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
