Cnc Lathe/Mill Experienced Programmers (Vista)

Position: CNC Programmer We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable CNC Programmer with a passion for the aftermarket automotive industry to join our team at HRE Performance Wheels. Responsibilities: -Create and implement CNC programs for high-performance wheel manufacturing using Mastercam as the programming software -Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize programs for efficient production on VTL lathes, Haas 3 axis, and Toyoda 4th axis HMC with RGV systems -Ensure consistent part quality and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations -Develop and implement macro programs to automate repetitive tasks and optimize CNC machine operations -Analyze and optimize existing programs, create custom macros, and stay up-to-date with the latest programming techniques and tools Requirements: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with a team Solid understanding of CNC programming principles and experience with Mastercam, machining processes, and tooling Experience with macro programming considered a plus Passion for the aftermarket automotive industry and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
