We are seeking full-time seasonal Post-Production and Fulfillment Shipments for October - December with the potential for full-time employment. Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. You will be working our Fulfillment Team to ship out e-commerce and wholesale orders. You may occasionally assist other departments with prep work. The role would include the following: - Packing and shipping online orders (wholesale, e-commerce, and drop shipping) - Communicating with Customer Service and Account Managers order status - Receiving large shipments from suppliers via pallets on our loading dock - Palletizing products - Prepping boxes and picking products - Sorting stock and organizing inventory - Preparing pre-packed product bundles - Bringing packages downstairs for UPS/USPS pickups. We are seeking Production Associates/Assemblers for the remainder of the year. Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and your hours will be 35-40 hours/week. Depending on mutual interest and business needs, this may convert to a full-time position in January. You will be working in our Production and Post-Production Team to prep, pour, clean, label, and pack our candles. The ideal teammate will have attention to small details and is able to perform repetitive tasks at an acceptable pace and maintain quality. The job is rewarding, but also requires a lot of manual labor, so these individuals should be able to stand on their feet 8 hours per day, lift 50 lb boxes throughout the day, and work with their hands. Responsibilities: Loading the wax melter with wax Wicking and preparing candles for pouring Operating pouring equipment Cleaning and labeling candles by hand and with a machine applicator Following a QA checklist for finished goods Packing and palletizing final products in accordance to retailer standards (e.g., certain barcodes, case packs, pallet requirements) Stocking, tracking, and recording inventory or receiving materials as needed Cleaning up studio Shipping e-commerce orders Desired Skills: Attention to detail Strong communication Self-motivated to perform well Ability to take direction Strong problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly Adaptable Highly organized and process-oriented Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks for long periods of time Previous production experience is not required, however experience in food preparation, service industry, or other manual labor positions is ideal Bonus Points: Previous experience in manufacturing or production, with an eye for detail and quality control. Utilizes equipment, such as cut off saws, deburring tools, tube trimmers, hand grinders and vise, to shape and size tubing and sheet metal assemblies. Tubing and sheet metal assemblies to be sized using an assembly fixture or jig.
