We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-centric Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Queens, New York. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, possess exceptional communication skills, and are driven to succeed. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the insurance process. • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies to meet their specific requirements. • Conduct thorough and accurate policy reviews, ensuring customers have the coverage they need. • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, consistently striving for success. • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive office culture. • Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes. Requirements: • Fluency in Chinese and/or Spanish, in addition to English, is essential. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and improve. • Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to integrate into our office culture. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
