Very nice guy lost his position today because his personal life was wandering into our projects. Not happening here. There isnt much work out here right now so we need carpenters who love their work!! We need a skilled and motivated siding and trim carpenter/ handyman for our growing business. We work all over the metro atlanta area. Prefer contracts for each project but can start day/hourly to see how we work together. Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it. Our group has been successful in metro atlanta for almost 30 years. We have projects from dunwoody, east cobb, canton, sandy springs, buckhead to grayson, snellville - all around the metro area. We stay busy and need dependable workers who love to work!!! Half of our business is exterior repairs but we do everything and have for years. We tackle basements, kitchens, baths, tile work and a ton of inspection repairs for local real estate agents. Skilled carpenters are earning $20/hr to $60/hr (cash) based on performance and output. Monthly performance bonus based on productivity and profitability. Most of our guys are earning $1500 to $3000 a week - as carpenters and handymen; While others have run out of work, we are busier than ever. Get on track to build a career that can't be outsourced with an industry leader. Work with us and become a partner! Our founder is a 4th generation contractor with a real passion for home repair. You will often see him out helping crews and lending a hand somewhere: Please text, call or send over a resume - we've found that the best carpenters don't even have resumes so it's ok if you don't. We will be trying workers out this week. You may also call or text us at (770) 875-5636 We are also looking for a good tile and laminate flooring guy!! Thanks and LUCK! Principals only.
