Position Overview: The Foreman, or Lead Technician, will be responsible for overseeing jobsite installations, managing crews, doing project installs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and proven leadership in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry. Electrical Installation & Compliance: Perform or oversee all necessary electrical wiring for sauna heaters, controls, and lighting. A strong working knowledge of residential electrical is required; a Licensed Electrician is a huge advantage and will receive premium rates for electrical-heavy projects. Quality Control & Problem Solving: Serve as the final authority on site quality. Proactively identify and resolve technical, logistical, or structural challenges that arise during installation, utilizing on-the-spot critical thinking and ingenuity. Equipment Operation: Safely operate company vehicles and a forklift for the loading, unloading, and staging of materials on job sites. Crew Management & Operations Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a crew of installers, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and professional conduct. This will start small with most likely one person acting as Assistant Installer, but growth is imminent in this space and we are looking for someone to grow with us.
