On-call rotation required (one week every three weeks after training completion). JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with extensive hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, pools/spas, painting, drywall repair, and appliance installation/repair. This role is based primarily at our Gresham property with occasional support at other locations. A reliable personal vehicle is required.
