Work will include, but not be limited to, adding on a new gym and classrooms which are constructed out of precast and steel, etc. Must have all welding gear and PPE, including harness and lanyard. Inspect finished pieces for consistency and quality control. Follow safety procedures for handling finishes and spray equipment. Collaborate to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork. Strong knowledge of finishing materials such as lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, and catalyzed finishes. Commitment to precision, detail, and flawless results. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large wood components safely.
