Las Flores is an affordable (LIHTC) apartment community in Oregon City, OR with 171 units. This is an entry level role. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Assistant to support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. This will include processing work orders as assigned by the Community Manager/s and/or Maintenance Lead/Supervisor/s which may include routine maintenance of property/ies and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies and procedures. Schedule: 40 hours / week; Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM Compensation: $23.00-$24.00 / hr Depending on Experience + Benefits! The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support the Community Managers by ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis.
