Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual Drywall Foreman with over 5 years of experience in drywall and metal stud framing within a heavy commercial setting. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in structural and cold form framing, and have the capability to manage teams of 15 or more. Proficiency with computers for working with PDF and project management systems is essential, along with the ability to efficiently handle emails, manage sub-contractors, and track work orders. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of 15+ individuals in a commercial construction setting. Utilize structural and cold form framing expertise to ensure project success. Use Pro-core and Blue Beam software for project management and PDF handling. Efficiently write and respond to emails, and communicate effectively with sub-contractors. Read and interpret schedules, ASIs, and RFIs. Track extras and work orders accurately. Initially work under another foreman and transition to a true foreman role as projects increase. Essential Skills: Bilingual proficiency. 5+ years of experience as a drywall/framing foreman. Strong structural and cold form framing skills. Experience managing teams of 15+ people. Proficiency in using computers for PDF and project management systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Leadership development. Familiarity with safety procedures.
