Consideration will be given to all related skills in the remodeling space (carpenters, tile & stone masons, drywall finishers, painters, plumbing techs etc). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work on various projects from mitigation tear out & rebuilds to new construction & remodel projects. This role requires proficiency in multiple construction techniques, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Install framing and drywall in accordance with project plans. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, tile masons, electricians, plumbers & other trade specialties. Work efficiently based on directives given by estimators & project managers with assistance and oversight from team leads. Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored Communicate effectively with leadership & team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
