ShareWe are a busy screen printing shop in Watertown seeking help in our production team. Screen printing experience is helpful but is NOT required. We are looking to hire one or more candidates in a production support role on a track to be an automatic screen print press operator. Extensive training will be provided . The right candidate would enjoy working with their hands and be comfortable with operation of equipment and computer based technology. The job requires an attention to detail as well as the ability to be on your feet all day. Some lifting will also be required. We are a successful shop (over 30 years in business) with a proven track record for hiring, identifying, training and retaining employees. The shop hours typically are 7:30am to 4:30pm with some overtime expected during busy periods. Pay rate: $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience. The first three months of employment will be considered an introductory period and the position hire will be reevaluated at that point and an adjustment to the hourly rate will be made in accordance with the new hire's displayed abilities, performance and reliability.
