Maintain cleanliness of common areas by cleaning windows, washing and waxing hard surface flooring, vacuuming and washing carpets and rugs, cleaning tile grout, etc. OPERATIONS Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the supervisor when supplies are needed. CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION Listen and respond to the needs of residents and staff members, escalating communication as necessary to a supervisor. Attend all-employee and departmental meetings and in-service training as directed.
