IM=X Rocklin is projected to open in early 2026 and is currently seeking candidates to receive a tuition-free IM=X Pilates certification and the opportunity to join our team of elite fitness professionals. Job Summary: IM=X Instructors lead small group and personal training sessions in the IM=X Pilates and Fitness formats. All sessions are guided experiences following the various IM=X Pilates class formats and include attention to individual’s needs and goals within a positive and motivating small group environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan and lead 5-10 engaging, safe, and effective IMX pilates sessions per week • Assess client fitness levels, goals, and any physical limitations • Provide clear instructions to ensure proper form, technique, and alignment during exercises • Monitor client progress, offering modifications and progressions to enhance performance and prevent injury • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio environment to build client rapport and retention • Assist with studio operations as necessary, e.g., scheduling, managing client bookings, and promoting studio events • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support studio goals and community engagement • Assist with new member sales and client retention • Job is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the IM=X 5-day Basic Certification (7am – 3pm each day), 40 practice hours, and completion of a written and practical exam within three months. Tuition-free continuing education is provided each year. Requirements and Qualifications: • No previous fitness experience is required • Group Fitness instructor certification is a plus • A passion for fitness and helping others is a must • Strong communication skills, friendly and motivating personality, flexibility and problem-solving skills Salary: Starting salary is $32+ dollars per hour, depending on experience.
