Telephone interviews begin ASAP POSITIONS: Established Prep Cook, Line Cook Apprentice, Counter Staff DATES: 9/12-9/20, Ringgold, VA (Ringgold-Pittsylvania County Fair) REQUIREMENTS GENERAL: 18 Years or Older Drug and Criminal Offense Screening Character & Aptitude Screening Valid US ID and SS Card or US Work Authorization/Visa REQUIREMENTS POSITION SPECIFC: Line Cook/Prep Cook: Minimum 2-Years Experience, preferably in a “Fine Dining” or similar brick and mortar establishment. Must be extremely organized and maintain exceptional knife skills and follow specific recipes. $1,340-$1675 Based on Experience. 67 Operating Hours (Compensation equates to $20-$25 Per Hour) Counter Staff: Well groomed, professional, sales experience helpful, customer service experience a MUST. $14-$17 Per Hour. OTHER: Travel Team includes On site lodging, meals, laundry services provided. Travel expenses limited to getting to us at the beginning of the route and getting home at the end. Travel expenses reimbursed to those who complete their contract. Off season lodging and work available for those who complete their contract and demonstrate exceptional moral compass and integrity.

This is a full to part time position, and we are looking for reliable people to help expand our company. We have an amazing team already but we are growing and would love to expand our team. This position has extensive training before we let anyone lead an event, it includes heavy lifting, clean and neat presentation. Go to the store to busy what items they may need or if the kitchen needs something 9. Maintenance on the vans-oil changes, gas etc, 10. Work as a team, there is no I in team 11. Communicate effectively with your team on what needs to get done 12. Help clean if needed when we are slow 13. Help prep if needed 14. Help do dishes if needed 15.
