We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping systems Preparing reports and reconciliations with exceptional accuracy Managing and tracking health, vehicle, and home insurance policies Assisting with personal administrative and scheduling tasks for the owner Supporting leasing and property management activities as needed Qualifications: Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high-level accuracy in data handling Advanced bookkeeping skills, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial organization Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience managing insurance policies (health, auto, home) Familiarity with leasing or property management preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strict confidentiality This position requires professionalism, discretion, and a strong attention to detail. We are seeking an experienced Prep Cook to fill a part-time position- Sun/Mon/Thu/Fri 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Cooks work as part of a team to prepare fresh, organic, vegetarian and vegan food. Previous food service experience is important, especially knife work and familiarity with kitchen equipment as well as food safety/health code knowledge, and ability to be focused and productive. An interest in natural and organic foods is necessary. Wage starts at $16.75 per hour. Candidate will show attention to detail, orientation toward safety, a willingness to learn new techniques, and excitement to be part of a positive, supportive work environment.
