Description

Massilia is a new, beautiful 7,000 sq. ft. all-day restaurant with a full bar, located right across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. From the team behind Zinqué, it is set to become a neighborhood staple. We are hiring experienced servers, bartenders, baristas, hosts, and bussers. These positions require a minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage operations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and building lasting relationships with our guests. In addition to relevant experience, you must have an outstanding personality and a highly social attitude. Please only apply if you have relevant work experience and the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in both independent restaurants and corporate chains. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Strong hospitality mindset. Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations (ServSafe certification preferred). Flexibility to work varied and extended hours. Ability to comply with and implement all Standard Operating Procedures. Experience with wine selection and service (a plus). Passion for food, wine, and coffee. French-speaking skills (a plus).
