We’re a high-volume apparel printing company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Production Specialist to bridge the gap between customer service and production art. If you’re organized, like working with both people and design files, and don’t mind juggling a few hats, this might be for you. What You’ll Do Customer Service / Order Support (30%) Act as the go-to liaison between our office and the production floor Help customers with proofs, orders, questions, and job status. Spot and solve problems when artwork or decoration doesn’t fit a fabric Close out client issues and assist with reporting customer satisfaction Backup support for the office manager Production Artist (60%) Create accurate client art proofs, film, and production-ready layouts. Ensure all files meet client standards and production requirements. Troubleshoot design accuracy during printing/embroidery stages Prep and preflight artwork for efficient production Communicate with clients and production teams to hit deadlines. Suggest and implement process improvements. Other Duties (10%) On-demand requests and support where needed What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem-solving Comfortable with customer communication (training provided) Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (a plus, but will train) Reliable, deadline-driven, team player Schedule & Pay -Full-time: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Mon–Thu, until 3:30 pm Fri - Occasional overtime during busy seasons - $18/hr DOE | 36+ hours/week = full-time with health benefits after 90 days How to Apply: Reply with your resume and a quick note about why you’d be a great fit.
