Key Responsibilities Work directly with the CEO to coordinate day-to-day priorities across accounting and administration, marketing, design, and construction. Manage schedules, meetings, and task coordination with department heads and team members. Assist with marketing initiatives including website updates, social media, newsletters, and client communications. Support office management — organization, vendor coordination, purchasing, and documentation. Contribute to business operations — project tracking, data management, CRM (Salesforce) updates, Quick Books and process improvement. Help with client communications and project coordination as needed to ensure smooth information flow. Participate in strategy and planning discussions; assist in implementing systems that increase efficiency across the company. Qualifications Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
