COMMUNITY SAFETY OFFICER We are a small upscale residential community, seeking Safety Officers for gated neighborhood in western Colorado Springs near Garden of the Gods. Full and part-time positions (20 to 40 hours weekly) available. Full medical/dental/vision benefits included. Starting pay of $15 to $17 per hour and up, depending on qualifications, with a $0.50 raise following six months of successful performance of duties. Duties include: • Controlling access to the neighborhood and managing package deliveries • Providing highest level of customer service in person and by phone • Maintaining safety reports and logs, and patrolling the neighborhood • Calling police, fire, and medical personnel, as necessary • Any other duties as identified by the lead officer. Candidates must possess the following skills and attributes: • Be able to pass a background check as well as pass an initial drug screening • Valid driver’s license • Computer and tablet skills • Communications skills, both verbal and written, in English. Me and my gals are looking for someone to join our house cleaning team immediately! Must be reliable, have a cell phone, reliable transportation and valid drivers license. We clean monday through friday daytime hours. At this time we are offering a part time position with growth to full time.
