This contract will require the craftsman partner to run their own estimate appointments, so remodeling / handyman sales experience is imperative. However, the craftsman partner will not need to answer incoming prospect calls, schedule estimate appointments, or do any advertising, as these tasks have been automated. Estimating and contracting systems will also be provided. We are looking for an experienced craftsman, who also has the skills and willingness to complete the projects they sell, to join our team that is committed to client satisfaction, has good communication skills, attention to detail, and proven experience in construction and remodeling. We have more than enough work to keep a partner busy full-time. We provide each of our craftsmen partners with a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 van, along with a company credit card for fuel and job materials, and we provide all advertising and sales appointment scheduling. Partner must have a valid driver license and clean driving record, as well as a safe place to park the van at night, as they will be driving it home. Partner will need to provide their own tools. Partner will also set their own schedule, both for estimate appointments and for completing sold projects. The company will also take care of client billing, and we pay our partners weekly. This is for commercial buildings and 1-2 years previous experience is preferred. Detailed phone APP knowledge and computer skills required. Reliable vehicle and your own tools are also required. We cover the entire Southwest so must be able to travel regularly. We are looking for an installation supervisor with experience in both installation and team management. The supervisor will report directly to the owner, and will oversee hiring, firing, write ups (with approval by the owner). Daily overseeing of crews and laborers on multiple jobsites. The supervisor will also handle daily timesheets, receipts, keep a log of equipment that is out in the field, and make sure that product is being loaded accordingly per project.
