● Residential cleaning of homes and apartments our priority
● Commercial cleaning of offices and businesses and film studios
● Jobs will be in teams, crews and sometimes alone.
● Daytime, evening and weekend positions available, flexible schedule available.
● NO PERFUME! Scent free workplace -- be mindful not to wear perfume cologne or scented creams, or smell like cigarettes.
● You will follow a customized checklist and receive training on using our green products effectively.
If you choose we can also train you in the following areas, for a higher pay rate:
● Industrial Cleaning
● Bed Bug Preparation pre and post a plus!
● Clutter/hoarding Removal
● Post renovation and construction dust removal
Skills and Qualifications:
● 3+ years of residential and/or commercial cleaning.
● Excellent checkable references.
● Must be able to travel in NYC via public transportation.
● No allergies to pets, dust or cleaning agents, many of our clients have pets. ANIMAL LOVER A PLUS!
● Customer Service/ Able to speak to clients in a calm and supportive manner.
● Experience with eco/earth friendly cleaning agents is a plus or we will train you .
● You must have a working cell phone and email.
