Front Range Staffing is seeking a Sales Support Administrative Assistant with 1–2 years’ experience for a manufacturing company in Northern Colorado Springs. Pay: $22-24hr Schedule : Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm An ideal candidate for this role would possess the following skills and experience: • 1–2 years of experience in Sales and/or administrative roles. • ERP software experience required (Oracle / NetSuite preferred). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, delivering excellent customer service and timely support. • Assist management with administrative and operational tasks. • Process orders and ensure accurate, prompt fulfillment. • Oversee packing, shipping, and logistics of products. • Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and resolve inquiries. • Maintain department schedules, reports, and digital boards with current information. • Manage and update spreadsheets and records in SharePoint. • Support invoice processing and assist with digital inventory management, including transfers, refurbishing, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. • Contribute to quality control efforts by assisting with data entry and internal procedure support. Slitter Machine Operator (Jacksonville)
Position Summary: The Slitter Operator is responsible for the safe and accurate setup, operation, and maintenance of the slitting machine to ensure rolls are cut to specified widths. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, equipment efficiency, and a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation and Setup:  Set up and calibrate slitting machines according to work orders and specifications.  Safely mount, adjust, and secure rolls using hoists and hand tools.  Assemble cores, collars, plates, and shafts as needed for each run.  Monitor equipment during operation, ensuring proper speed, alignment, and cut accuracy. Production Quality:  Inspect rolls throughout the run and perform final quality checks.  Make real-time adjustments to correct any quality issues or misalignments.  Complete all documentation accurately, including production logs, inventory transactions, labels, and time sheets.
