Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline is required Field Experience: At least 7 years of client interface experience required (ex: technical program delivery, computer science, software development, technical consulting, product management, client management,) At least 7 years of experience in process re-design or re-engineering for maximizing quality and efficiency Position Experience:  At least 5 years in a leadership position, leading a software and engineering team At least 3 years experience in the BPO / Back office industry to include Logistics, Healthcare, and Banking/Financial Services highly desired Other Qualifications: Proven success in designing, implementing, launching, and maintaining core systems Familiarity with Agile project methodology and practices Broad knowledge of technology fundamentals across software delivery, datacenter environment, service desk, network architecture, IT security, and IT project management. - Required Experience working in an ITIL environment. Knowledge of version control systems (Git or similar) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Proven ability to lead and motivate development teams Experience in project planning and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. English-Spanish bilingual is a plus.
