Workers Compensation Hearing Rep / Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Van Nuys)

A rapidly growing Workers' Compensation Applicant firm is seeking to employ an intelligent, articulate, courteous, organized, and computer-literate person as a part-time or full-time hearing representative Hearing Rep / Paralegal / Legal Assistant. The successful applicant will become involved with all aspects of working in a small but growing law firm. There are several positions we are looking to fill immediately. Workers Compensation Hearing Rep (Non Attorney but experienced in Comp) Paralegal Legal Assistant Case Manager You must be personable, patient, and be able to work well with others (co-workers and clients). The candidate also must be able to multi-task, exercise independent judgment with limited supervision. Workers Compensation Duties: *Typing and filing *Phones (including client contact) and calendar management *Preparation of legal documents *Panels *General office duties Spanish Speaking is preferred. **Benefits - After 90 day probationary period we will provide health insurance contribution, paid holidays and accrued paid vacation time after 1 year of continuous employment. Hourly Compensation based on experience $18-30/hour Full time 8 hours Monday thru Friday or 5-Hours Part time Monday thru Friday. Multiple positions available.
