Royale Company is Hiring! We are looking for candidates to bring on to our team to help as concierge, and front desk attendants. We partner with luxury apartments and condominiums to provide great customer service to residents and guests living on these properties. We provide training, and mentorship to our candidates and teach them how to work within highly competitive and high end environments. As a concierge/front desk attendant, your main role will be attending to residents of the building and helping with tasks the property managers assign. Some of these duties include but are not limited to: -helping residents retrieve their packages -updating visitor logs for the building -assisting with resident requests (i.e. reserving a cab, or helping their guests) -general upkeep of the front desk area (this is not a cleaning position, however it is expected to keep your work areas neat) You will be the face of our company inside these residential buildings, representing our brand and clients properly will be very important. Someone who represents who we are will posses qualities such as being friendly and approachable, an upbeat attitude, reliable, great customer service skills, communication skills, and organization skills. This person will also carry themselves in a professional manner both inside and out. This position is an entry level position, so no front desk experience is necessary, however we do look for proven customer service experience. Position Overview The Hydraulics Technician is responsible for building hydraulic hose and fitting assemblies, managing parts inventory, and providing excellent customer service—often assembling hoses while customers wait. Key Responsibilities Hose Assembly & Repairs • Build hydraulic hose and fitting assemblies to customer specifications. • Perform basic mechanical repairs on valves and pumps. Inventory Management • Maintain, order, and receive hose, fittings, and adapter inventory through our online inventory management system. • Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile stock levels with system reports. • Prepare purchase orders for approval and properly stock incoming shipments. Customer Service & Sales Support (In store, Over the Phone and by email) • Provide outstanding customer service, including assembling hoses while customers wait. • Assist with sales of electric clutches and other hydraulic equipment. Safety & Housekeeping • Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions. • Maintain a clean, organized workspace; clean spills immediately and store tools properly. • Support other shop operations and tasks as needed. Physical Requirements • Lift to 50 lbs. as needed. • Stand for extended periods; occasional bending, crouching, pushing, and pulling. Qualifications Required: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. Preferred: • Previous experience in hydraulic hose assembly or mechanical repair. • Forklift operation experience (training provided). • Technical schooling or certifications in hydraulics or related fields. • Functional knowledge of hydraulic systems. As a FunFlicks Event Technician, you will be responsible for setting up the outdoor movie theater at each event, including the inflatable screen, sound system, and projector. The Event Technician will stay for the duration of the movie, and break down the equipment at the end.
