(Hartford)","content":"Providence Hope and Recovery is seeking a passionate, self-starting Fundraiser who is ready to build a fundraising engine from the ground up. This is not just a job—it’s a calling. As our first-ever fundraising professional, you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape the future of an organization that gives formerly incarcerated women a real second chance at life.\r\n\nThis is a remote, commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. If you're inspired by transformation, social justice, and the power of community, we want to hear from you. Our project will be located in Cnnecticut, probably in the Hartford area\r\n\n\r\n\n Why This Role Matters\r\n\nProvidence Hope and Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps women reentering society from prison overcome addiction, find safe and sober housing, receive counseling, pursue education or vocational training, and rebuild their lives—with dignity, support, and purpose.\r\n\nThese women have faced extraordinary challenges. Many were victims before they ever became offenders. When they leave incarceration, they deserve more than just hope—they need concrete resources, structured support, and a compassionate community.\r\n\nThat’s where you come in.\r\n\n\r\n\nWhat You’ll Do\r\n\n\r\n\nDesign and lead our first-ever fundraising strategy from scratch\r\n\nIdentify, research, and cultivate potential donors, partners, and grant opportunities\r\n\nBuild lasting relationships with individuals and organizations who believe in second chances\r\n\nCreate compelling campaigns that share the powerful stories of transformation within our community\r\n\nHelp us grow from startup to sustainability—one connection at a time\r\n\n\r\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\r\n\n\r\n\nA self-motivated individual with strong networking and relationship-building skills\r\n\nExperience (formal or informal) in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit development\r\n\nExcellent communication skills—both written and verbal\r\n\nPassion for social justice, recovery, and empowering underserved women\r\n\nThe vision to see what’s possible—and the drive to make it happen\r\n\n\r\n\nWhat You’ll Earn\r\n\nThis is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your impact. The more you help us raise, the more you earn—with no cap on your income. We view you as a partner in our mission, not just a contractor.\r\n\n\r\n\nThe Bigger Picture\r\n\n\r\n\nYou'll be working with an organization that:\r\n\n\r\n\nProvides sober, supervised housing for women transitioning out of incarceration\r\n\nOffers drug counseling, educational support, job placement, and emotional healing\r\n\nPromotes peer support, responsibility, and restoration of family relationships—especially with children\r\n\nEmpowers residents to give back, including speaking to youth about the dangers of substance use and incarceration\r\n\n\r\n\nOur motto is simple:\r\n\n\"To love others without ever stopping to consider whether they are worthy.\"\r\n\n\r\n\nIf that speaks to your soul, you may have just found your place.\r\n\nReady to Apply?\r\n\n\r\n\nSend us a message outlining why this role excites you, what you’ve done in the past that’s prepared you for it, and how you’d begin helping us build a movement that changes lives.\r\n\nTogether, let’s build something beautiful.\r\n","price":"Negotiable Salary","unit":"per year","currency":null,"company":"Craigslist","language":"en","online":1,"infoType":1,"biz":"jobs","postDate":"1760207821000","seoName":"fundraiser-development-director-remote-commission-based-hartford","supplement":null,"author":null,"originalPrice":null,"soldCnt":null,"topSeller":null,"source":1,"cardType":null,"action":"https://us.ok.com/city-westfield/cate-aged-disability-support/fundraiser-development-director-remote-commission-based-hartford-6402660108710612/","localIds":"659","cateId":null,"tid":null,"logParams":{"tid":"64e59c0e-486a-4e70-8f89-fb3aac8cc03e","sid":"add45a71-3774-42fc-a39a-7a8fa39077be"},"attrParams":{"summary":null,"highLight":["Build fundraising strategy from scratch","Unlimited earning potential","Empower underserved women through second chances"],"employment":[{"icon":"https://sgj1.ok.com/yongjia/bkimg/8hvituaa__w72_h72.webp","name":"Job Type","value":"Full-time","unit":null}]},"isFavorite":false},{"category":"4000,4083,4084","location":"43 Gendreau St, Chicopee, MA 01020, USA","infoId":"6401702562445112","pictureUrl":"https://uspic1.ok.com/logo/Craigslist.png","title":"Become a Foster Parent with Devereux! Fundraiser / Development Director (Remote | Commission-Based) (Hartford)
Providence Hope and Recovery is seeking a passionate, self-starting Fundraiser who is ready to build a fundraising engine from the ground up. This is not just a job—it’s a calling. As our first-ever fundraising professional, you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape the future of an organization that gives formerly incarcerated women a real second chance at life. This is a remote, commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. If you're inspired by transformation, social justice, and the power of community, we want to hear from you. Our project will be located in Cnnecticut, probably in the Hartford area Why This Role Matters Providence Hope and Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps women reentering society from prison overcome addiction, find safe and sober housing, receive counseling, pursue education or vocational training, and rebuild their lives—with dignity, support, and purpose. These women have faced extraordinary challenges. Many were victims before they ever became offenders. When they leave incarceration, they deserve more than just hope—they need concrete resources, structured support, and a compassionate community. That’s where you come in. What You’ll Do Design and lead our first-ever fundraising strategy from scratch Identify, research, and cultivate potential donors, partners, and grant opportunities Build lasting relationships with individuals and organizations who believe in second chances Create compelling campaigns that share the powerful stories of transformation within our community Help us grow from startup to sustainability—one connection at a time What We’re Looking For A self-motivated individual with strong networking and relationship-building skills Experience (formal or informal) in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit development Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Passion for social justice, recovery, and empowering underserved women The vision to see what’s possible—and the drive to make it happen What You’ll Earn This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your impact. The more you help us raise, the more you earn—with no cap on your income. We view you as a partner in our mission, not just a contractor. The Bigger Picture You'll be working with an organization that: Provides sober, supervised housing for women transitioning out of incarceration Offers drug counseling, educational support, job placement, and emotional healing Promotes peer support, responsibility, and restoration of family relationships—especially with children Empowers residents to give back, including speaking to youth about the dangers of substance use and incarceration Our motto is simple: "To love others without ever stopping to consider whether they are worthy." If that speaks to your soul, you may have just found your place. Ready to Apply? Send us a message outlining why this role excites you, what you’ve done in the past that’s prepared you for it, and how you’d begin helping us build a movement that changes lives. Together, let’s build something beautiful.
