Description

Do you believe healing starts with compassion, creativity, and connection? We do too. That’s why we’re looking for a Behavioral Therapist who’s not only skilled but also passionate about helping people grow, heal, and thrive. This isn’t just a job. It’s an opportunity to change lives—whether it’s guiding a child through challenges, helping a family build stronger connections, or supporting someone through the ups and downs of behavioral health. What you’ll be doing (aka your superpowers in action): ✨ Sitting down with clients to really see them—doing assessments and building treatment plans that fit like a glove. ✨ Guiding therapy sessions (one-on-one or group) using tools like CBT, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. ✨ Supporting clients through big challenges like PTSD, addiction, grief, and behavior struggles. ✨ Partnering with an incredible team of professionals to create wraparound care. ✨ Keeping documentation sharp, compliant, and organized (yes, HIPAA-friendly and ICD-9/10 savvy). ✨ Using ABA strategies to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities. ✨ Jumping in when crisis moments happen, providing calm in the storm. ✨ Adding your own creativity—whether that’s group therapy, art therapy, or something else that makes healing come alive. Who you are: 🌱 A therapist with real experience in mental health counseling and psychotherapy. 👶 Comfortable working with kids, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities. 🔥 Calm and confident in crisis situations. 💻 Familiar with telehealth (or excited to grow in this area). 📚 Always learning, growing, and bringing fresh energy to the field. Bonus points if you… 🎨 Use creative approaches like art or dance therapy. 🏥 Have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. 📖 Understand special education needs. Why join us? Because you want more than a job—you want a place where your work feels meaningful, your ideas are valued, and your growth matters. Here, every day is about making an impact and creating a safe, supportive space where people can truly thrive.
